Jennifer Cowherd, After-School Program Manager at the highly-regarded Kaleidoscope After-School Program (Dublin, CA), has been working with children and adults with developmental disabilities since 2002. Cowherd has worked with this population in Wisconsin, Indiana, and most recently, California. Prior to her position at Kaleidoscope, Cowherd worked as an in-home therapist, a director of a group-home agency, and a surveyor for a state and federal regulatory agency. 

Cowherd received her BS in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Wisconsin and her MA in Sociology from Indiana University. Cowherd is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. 

When not at work or in school she enjoys touring the Greater Bay Area with her husband and dog.
