Early Childhood Services

Every baby is special, and some babies have extra-special needs. For more than 20 years, Easter Seals Bay Area has been providing evaluation, education, and therapy services for young children from birth to 5 years of age. In addition to comprehensive evaluation and treatment of all areas of development during early childhood, Easter Seals Bay Area offers support and guidance to parents about their child’s development as well as individualized programs to meet the specific needs of each child.

Early Intervention Autism Project
The Easter Seals Bay Area Early Intervention Autism Project provides progressive, evidence-based treatment for young children up to 3-years-old diagnosed on the autism spectrum.

Easter Seals Pediatric Activity Center (Oakland, CA)
The newest facility serves therapy and development services to children though a variety of group and private sessions. Specialists on site support children and their families, working together as a team.

Child Development Services
Our Child Development Services provide programs for infants and toddlers with developmental delays or who are at risk for delay.

Therapeutic Services
We offer comprehensive therapeutic services to help individuals with disabilities gain greater independence and mobility. Therapeutic services include occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech and language pathology.
