DINE WITH ME FUNDRAISING

The DINE WITH ME Fundraising Campaign is a way for you to raise funds to support Easter Seals Bay Area and receive complimentary admission to our Spring Gala.

• For every $250 you raise, you will receive 1 complimentary seat/ticket.

• Raise $2,500 and you will receive 10                                                                     complimentary seats/tickets (one table).

Use your complimentary tickets awarded through the DINE WITH ME Fundraising Campaign to attend our gala, or you may donate your tickets back to Easter Seals for use by staff and client family members.    

Just like the many walks and runs for charity, you ask your friends, family and coworkers to sponsor you in your DINE WITH ME campaign. Instead of walking or running for charity, you will dine and dance to raise awareness and support for Easter Seals Bay Area.

How to Create Your Individual/Team “DINE WITH ME” Fundraising Champion Webpage

 

PROMPT	INFORMATION TO ENTER
1. Please enter your email   address	Enter your preferred email address
2. Choose type of campaign	Select “Personal”
3. Enter Web page name	Enter your name (or team name) and DINE WITH ME CAMPAIGN.  For example: Karen Thompson DINE WITH ME   CAMPAIGN
4. Add your story (optional)	You can cut-and-paste this content (feel free to modify):    Join Me in   Support of Easter Seals Bay Area!   I believe   that every child should have the opportunity to reach their full   potential--don’t you? It’s why I support Easter Seals Bay Area.     Easter Seals provides innovative therapy, training, education, and support   services to individuals from birth through young adulthood living with   disabilities —especially those diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.     As a trusted provider of services, they are leading the way to ensure   children, youth, and families can live, learn, work, and play to their full   potential.     I hope you will take this opportunity to support a valuable resource in our   community by giving to my Easter Seals Dine With Me Fundraising Campaign.     TO GIVE, click the red "make a donation" button above.    Thank you!
5. Add a photo (optional)	Feel free to add photo(s).  If   you would like the ES logo or other graphics, please email KThompson@esba.org
6. Your goal (optional)	Enter your fundraising goal
7. Description (optional)	Enter your name/team name and DINE WITH ME CAMPAIGN
8. Hide my page	Please leave this box unchecked if you want people to be able to   search for your DINE WITH ME webpage.
9. Your Contact Information	Please enter your contact information.
10. Your Gift	Feel free to donate to your campaign to kickstart it.
11. Waiver	Read the Waiver and if agreeable, check the box to agree to terms.

After completing steps 1-11, you will be sent a “You’re Registered at Easter Seals.com” email message that will have your username to access your DINE WITH ME webpage.  You will need to create a password by clicking on the link in this email message.  Should you have any issues setting up your password, please contact KThompson@esba.org

 

Telling Your Friends & Family About Your DINE WITH ME webpage

 

1. Once you have set up your DINE WITH ME webpage, please access this link to create a shortcut to your webpage that you can send family and friends: http://www.easterseals.com/site/PageServer?pagename=CABYT_homepage

 

2. Choose the red button titled “Manage Your Champion Page”

 

3. Log into your DINE WITH ME champion page with your username and password you created.

 

4. Choose the 5^th bullet point option which is: Create a shortcut to your Champion Web page to make it easier for friends and family to access the page and remember the link.

 

5. In the “Update the Fund” box near the bottom, please enter your webpage name after the white box located after this link: http://www.easterseals.com/goto/___________
